A true friend is a lantern to guide you through the night, helping keep you in comfort when you feel fright. This is a lyrical poem celebrating the value of friendship and how grateful I am to have my friends in my life.

Destiny

Wherever, forever I'll be with you
Whenever, Whatever fate may bring
You'll always be my best friend
Destiny opened up when I found you
Inside I realize who I truly am
You've made me who I am now
You're cleverness and rainbow of color never fades
Always unique amongst the stars
A clear path towards destiny
The universe opens up
Whenever, wherever I'll go wherever you will go
Whatever may come, there are umbrellas to shield from rain
